Notes on the installation: This installation was one where the painting was really playing with the elements of the lanscape. The day was extremely windy, and the sweeping sand created an interesting effect on the painting. It made the painting seem like it was something other than it was, in a way that I hadn’t seen with the others. Potentially, this could be a portal.
